Cliff High School is proud to announce that Ryann Tedford has been crowned the FCCLA GOLD winner. As a standout participant in the Level III: Focus on Children event, Ryann earned an impressive score of 95.3 out of 100, showcasing her dedication and skill. Her remarkable achievement has earned her a spot in the prestigious FCCLA National Competition, where she will compete this July. Congratulations to Ryann for this outstanding accomplishment!

During the recent Silver City Town Council meeting, several project applications were approved. The council passed Resolution 2025-08, which supports the Grant County Water Commission’s application for Colonias funding to renovate the well at Santa Clara, a site donated by Freeport McMoRan. The required match for the project will be covered by funds from the Interstate Stream Commission (ISC). Additionally, the council approved Resolution 2025-06, which supports the application for Colonias funding to renovate the final water tank at Chloride Flats, part of an ongoing 20-year renovation cycle. The match for this project will be paid from the water-sewer fund.
