The Big Ditch has new lights installed! Thanks to Freeport McMoRan Foundation for funding a grant in the amount of $29,000 for Big Ditch Lights. New efficient lights have been installed by the Town of Silver City, between Market Street and the Main Street Plaza on 7th Street. Many of the old lights were broken and more than 20 years old. The new LED lights are much like the lights on Bullard Street and will make the Big Ditch Park safer.
