Shriner’s Hospital Sweet Onion Sale
On Sat. June 3rd, 2017 at 9:00 AM Grant County Shriners will start supplying the County with “Carzalia Sweet Onions”. These sweet summer onions are a hit year after year, and if you missed out last year, now is your chance to get a couple bags of these sweet onions, imported to Grant County from the bountiful Carzalia Valley of SW New Mexico.
A trailer load of these sweet summer onions will be in the Albertson’s parking lot in Silver City at 9:00 AM on Saturday, 6/3 awaiting your purchase. You can also call Phillip Sands at 575-654-5102 to reserve your bag of these sweet summer eating treats, just $10.00 for a 10# bag.
All profits from this event will be given to the SHRINERS HOSPITALS FOR CHILDREN, a group of 22 hospitals located throughout the United States that provides care and support for children at NO change.
