This Wednesday will mark 12 years since the attacks in New York and Pennsylvania on September 11th, 2001. 3,355 men, women, and children lost their lives because of the attack on the World Trade Center, the Pentagon, and Flight 93, which crashed in Shanksville Pennsylvania when passengers refused to submit to another attempt.
Join Silver City and Grant County Residents at Gough Park on Wednesday from 3 to 7 pm to honor the lives that were lost 12 years ago. There will be displays including Memorial Boards, Newspaper Articles, and a Powerpoint Presentation.
