- Desert Springs Physical Therapy invites you to bring the little ones to a Trunk or Treat Party at 2:30 on Friday at Desert Springs.
- Head out if you dare to the 6th Street Elementary All Hollow’s Festival on Friday from 6 to 8:30 pm. There will be ghostly games, ghoulish food, and a frightful haunted house. Purchase your tickets at the door.
- The Silver City Museum will hold their third annual Halloween Ghost Walk on Saturday from 1 to 3 pm. There will be ghosts of the historic past, prizes, face painting, crafts and refreshments. The ghost walk is free and open to the public.
- Bring your Goblin to Gila Regional Medical Center on Saturday for a free Halloween Goodie Bag! Goodie Bags will be handed out in the GRMC Main Lobby from 3:30 to 5 pm while supplies last
- For our Deming listeners, the Loyal Order of Moose in Deming will be hosting a Trick or Treat for the children of the community on Halloween at the Lodge, 119 North Gold, from 4 to 6 pm. There will be treats for kids and an adult costume party beginning at 9 pm
- The Village of Santa Clara Action Committee is holding a Halloween Haunted House at the National Guard Armory in Santa Clara on Saturday from 4 to 8 pm.
- Santa Clara’s Annual Trunk or Treat Halloween Party will be held Saturday from 3 to 8 pm. There will be goodies for the kids, as well as Kids Costume Contests from infant to 10 years old, a Halloween Carnival, music, and food vendors.
- City Cuts Barbershop is holding their 5th annual Truck or Treat on Saturday from 5 to 8 pm. It’s not too late to participate or donate to this free community event.
- The First United Methodist Church of Deming will host a Trunk or Treat on Halloween Night from 5:30 to 7 pm in their parking lot on Buckeye Street. Trunk or Treat is free, but participants are asked to bring pet food or a pet toy to support the Luna County Animal Shelter.
- Remember to put your child’s safety first. Dress for the weather by adding layers as needed, carry a flashlight if you are out after dark, and be mindful of cars. Drivers are advised to slow down and watch out for little goblins as well. Have a safe and Happy Halloween!
