The Mayor of the Village of Santa Clara has announced the nearing completion of construction and street improvements on Bellm Street and Caddel Crossing. The majority of the work on Bellm Street has been finalized, with remaining tasks including sidewalk installation and the addition of new stop signs at each intersection. Although progress on Caddel Crossing has been delayed due to recent rainfall, it is anticipated that the project will be completed by the end of this month.

Silver Scholars Academy is offering free Developmental Screenings to children 3 to 5 years old. Children will be screened to help determine if they may be eligible to receive services as a student who is Developmentally Delayed. To qualify for the program children must show a delay in cognition, communication, physical development, adaptive behavior and social-emotional skills. Screenings will take place September 18th but prior registration is required by September 13th.
