A $330,000 roadway crack-sealing project on Business Loop 22 (Pine Street) in Deming began yesterday. Funded as a community investment, the project is scheduled to run nightly for approximately 14 days, from 7:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. Crews will complete crack-sealing along the roadway from milepost 0 to milepost 4.2. This maintenance effort is intended to extend the lifespan of the pavement by preventing moisture infiltration, which can compromise asphalt and concrete surfaces and lead to costly future repairs.
