Supported by funding from the New Mexico Environment Department’s River Stewardship program, the company has completed 80 of 100 planned water harvesting projects, which include curb cut-outs, overflow areas, and garden irrigation systems for local residents. These projects are offered free of charge to eligible property owners, along with a tree, a maintenance plan, and the commitment to care for the installation for at least 10 years.

The Village of Columbus has announced that MANS Construction Company will undertake construction activities in the vicinity of East Broadway Avenue and Main Street in the coming weeks. The project will include work along Broadway Avenue from the Missouri Street intersection through the Ohio Street intersection, encompassing the construction of curbs and gutters, driveways, paving, and sidewalks in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act. Project completion is anticipated by October 2025.
