The Kiwanis Club of Silver City and the Silver City Rotary Club, with assistance from the Bike Works and Silver City Police Department, are proud to sponsor the Kids Bike Rodeo on Saturday from 10 am to noon during the Tour of the Gila. Bring your own bike to the corner of Bullard and College Avenue in Downtown Silver City and ride the monitored safety course and receive free helmets and bike safety inspections from the Bike Works. A new bicycle, sponsored by Carson Insurance Agency, will be awarded to one child that completes the safety test. That’s the Kiwanis/Rotary Bike Rodeo, Saturday, April 22nd in Downtown Silver City.
