Shevek & Co. of Silver City is offering some fun and educational events to spice up the next two months:
On June 27th, there will be six courses of Italian foods matched with Italian wines at a Wine Tasting Dinner. Banquet seating is at 6:30 pm. All the details, including the menu, can be found at http://silver-eats.com/events.html.
Then, July 5th through August 31st, Shevek & Co. will be open for lunch on Saturdays and Sundays with some limited brunch offerings from 10:30 to 2:30.
Due to the new summer lunch schedule, Shevek & Co. has rearranged three of their cooking classes. The Chilled Summer Banquet will no be offered July 7th. The Mediterranean Barbecue is rescheduled for July 28th, and the Gluten-Free Dinner is now scheduled for August 18th. The cooking class will return to normal on September 1st.
