Silver City FFA will be selling fresh Hatch Green Chile along Highway 180 East in Silver City in the dirt lot across from Walmart from 8:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M., Friday, August 17th through Sunday the 19th. There will be Big Jim Medium and Sandia Hot varieties available.
A fundraiser benefiting the Annual Grant County LGBTQ Pride Festival will be held at the Old Elks Club located at 315 Texas Street in Silver City, from 8:00 A.M. to 11:00 P.M.
