You never know who you will find on Silver City Art Walks!

Hospitality, the “red carpet,” and the “Art” red dots are out across downtown for the Silver City Art Association’s  Sunday “Art Walk.” This Sunday midday, May 29, between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m, come to downtown Silver City for a yummy breakfast or brunch at one of our local restaurants, and enjoy a leisurely stroll through the many art galleries. You will also want to check out the “pop up” art show by the Art Association’s individual artists at 208 Bullard. You may even find special refreshments offered and live music to entertain. But what you will always find is an array of local artists to greet you and beautiful paintings, intriguing photography, pottery, fabric art, mosaics and much, much more! There’s plenty of time to enjoy the Blues and Bikes Festival and also experience the Silver City art scene. Pick up a gallery map at the Raven’s Nest booth in the  park or at the visitor center and then take the tour featuring the work of Silver City’s nationally known and locally loved artists and fine crafters.
