In observance of the Thanksgiving Holiday, all schools in the Cobre and Silver Consolidated School District and Cliff Schools, as well as WNMU, will be closed from Monday, November 21st through Friday November 25th. The Administration Offices will be closed beginning Wednesday the 23rd. Regular schedules will resume on Monday, November 28th
For our Lordsburg listeners, the Christmas Light Parade and Moonlight Madness will be held Friday, December 2nd. The parade kicks off at Dusk with Moonlight Madness to follow. For our Deming listeners, the 11th annual Christmas Light Parade will travel the streets of downtown Deming on December 3rd. After the parade, a tree-lighting ceremony will take place in front of the courthouse
The Grant County Rolling Stones Gem and Mineral Society December Meeting will be Thursday, December 8th at 6 pm at the Silver City Senior Center. This month will be a potluck dinner and holiday party. There will be no field trip for December
The Hi Lo Silvers present their Holiday Concert and Sing-A-Long at the First Presbyterian Church on Friday, December 9th at 7 pm and Sunday, December 11th at 3 pm. The concerts are free and open to the public
