The Volunteer Center’s Common Wednesdays’ theme of the month for February is Fire.  On February 1^st from 4 to 6 pm watched “Cooked” a Documentary series that explores food through the lenses of the four natural elements.  In the “Fire” episode, Pollan will discuss the cross-cultural tradition of barbecue.  Call 388-2988
