La Plata Middle School is hosting an October Fun Festival for all ages this Saturday, October 23rd from 2:00 to 6:0 P.M. on the school grounds. The event will include a haunted house, carnival games, full concession area, raffles and prizes. La Plata Principal, Rebecca Harris, is inviting the community to gather and enjoy this family friendly event. La Plata Middle School is located at 3500 North Silver Street in Silver City.
