Hidalgo Medical Services (HMS), has announced that scholarships are available to 2021 Hidalgo and Grant County high school graduates who are enrolled to attend college during the Fall 2021 semester/quarter. Applications for the $500 college scholarship are due by April 30th and if selected as an awardee, each applicant will be notified by phone or email in early May.
