The Ability Center in collaboration with the Kiwanis Club of Silver City will be distributing FREE electric Space Heaters to the disabled and elderly on Thursday, October 28th starting at 10:00 A.M. until supplies last at the Kiwanis building located at 900 Silver Heights Boulevard in Silver City.
