Yoga for Veterans

The is FREE Yoga for Veterans every Tuesday from 5:00 to 6:00 P.M. that is Beginners level and very gentle. The free class is Held at the American Legion Hall located at 409 College Avenue in Silver City. Active duty and active duty and military families are also welcomed to participate. The class is sponsored by the Lotus Center, a community non-profit yoga studio.
