The seventh annual free Kiwanis/Rotary Kids Bicycle Safety Rodeo will be held May 7th from 9 am to noon. Kids can ride the monitored safety course, receive a free bike inspection and minor bike repairs, enter drawings, and receive free helmets while supplies last. Call 574-2543

There will be a free two-hour customer service training for nonprofits titled “It’s More Than Hello” at the Silver City Gospel Mission on May 10th from 8 to 10 am. The Humane Society will be holding its monthly reduce rate rabies vaccination clinic on June 11th from 9 am to noon at the High Desert Humane Society. One-year rabies vaccinations are just $8 and 3-year rabies vaccinations are also available. Call 538-9261
