The Silver City Public Library will have a special story time for children ages 0 to 5 at 10:30 am pm Tuesday, December 6th. Handmade knit hats created by volunteers at Yada Yada Yarn will be distributed to the children during the story, while supplies last. Call 538-3672

The Humane Society will hold its monthly reduce rate rabies vaccination clinic on Saturday, December 10th from 9am to noon at the High Desert Humane Society.
