Families facing Alzheimer’s disease will have access to a free educational event in Silver City on October 5th at the Senior Center. The Basics of Alzheimer’s will be held from 11 am to noon, followed by Know the 10 Warning Signs of Alzheimer’s from 1 to 2 pm. Call 647-3868

The Grant County Extension Service will host a “young orchard” pruning and training workshop on Saturday, February 18th from 9 am to noon at the Community Orchard located behind the Office of Sustainability.
