DESCRIPTION:Lotus Center Pilates in the Park  11:00 am – 12:00 noon on Sunday\, August 11 at Gough Park located at Pope and 12th Streets.  Join Crystal Netz-Arenivar\, for an hour of Pilates\, a form of movement that focuses on core awareness and toning of the entire body\, especially the postural muscles.  This method of conditioning suits all levels of fitness\, from those who wish to maintain or correct posture to those who wish to increase their athleticism.  While participants are invited to bring their own mat\, a few extra mats will be on hand.  Pre-registration is not required; loose-fitting clothes are encouraged; meet at the gazebo.  No experience necessary.  Free of charge.
