Come and learn how to use this guide and how to tap into the food hub to make your food or farm business grow successful.  Every attendee will get a free copy of the growers guide.

DESCRIPTION:Yoga for Veterans is a free class offered every Tuesday through May 29th in the MeCHA building at WNMU from 5:00 to 6:00 P.M. to all Veterans in Grant County. It is a gentle class to improve range of motion\, sense of well- being\, sleep and attitude. All are welcome regardless of age\, ability\, experience or mood. There will be some benefit to all who attend. Make sure to wear comfortable clothing.
