DESCRIPTION:The Silver City Bike Works is hosting the 7th Annual “Pedelista” celebration of the bicycle on Saturday\, November 3rd   from 11:00 A.M to 4:00 P.M. at Gough Park in Silver City. There will be plenty of activities for young and old that include pedal Go-Kart races\, the Tall bike\, the Rodeo bike\, the side-by-side tandem\, the front-back tandem\, the Rim toss\, the Human Slingshot\, the Paperboy Challenge and more! In addition\, there will be drawing for free bikes\, music and snacks.

DESCRIPTION:The holiday season will begin with the 28th Annual Lighted Christmas Parade\, “A Storybook Christmas”.  The Lighted Christmas Parade will be held on Saturday\, November 24\, 2018 at 7 pm.  This wonderful community event is sponsored by Silver City MainStreet\, the Town of Silver City\, and Hidalgo Medical Services.  In addition to the parade\, there will be a horse drawn wagon to take shoppers around downtown Friday and Saturday\, November 23 and 24. It is also Shop Small Saturday and Silver City MainStreet will have totes to give away and businesses will be offering special deals.
