DESCRIPTION:Concert Band of the Southwest\, under the direction of David Kendrick\, begins it’s 9th season of free concerts with An Evening in Autumn Concert Wednesday\, October 9\, 2019 7pm at Cobre High School in Bayard Doors open at 6:30\, concert begins at 7. As always\, the concert is free and open to the public. An Evening in Autumn Concert will include United Nations March by Karl King\, Fire! by Gary Gilroy\, When the Spring Rain Begins to Fall by Randall D. Standridge\, a medley of tunes from the 60s\, Maynard Ferguson’s Gospel John and more! If you used to play a band instrument\, even if it’s been a while\, please consider joining the group.
