DESCRIPTION:Grant County Rolling Stones Gem and Mineral Society will hold their 34th Annual Gem & Mineral Show this Labor Day weekend\, September 2nd\, 3rd\, and 4th. This year the event is returning to the newly remodeled Grant County Veterans’ Memorial Conference Center located at 3031 Highway 180 East) in Silver City. Saturday September 2nd -9 am -5 pm\, Sunday September 3rd – 10 am – 5 pm\, Monday September 4th – 10 am – 4 pm. Admission is free for this great family event! Large assortment of vendors\, Wheel of Fortune\, Silent Auction\, and Daily Field trips for Collecting & for Geology – Educational Displays. Special displays – New Mexico State University\, Zuhl Collection of Petrified Wood and the New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology.\n\n
