DESCRIPTION:The Southwest Word Fiesta and Western New Mexico University’s Miller Library\, 1000 W. College Street\, will offer an evening event on Thursday\, April 21st from 6:15 to 8:00 p.m.\, celebrating the lives of Ukrainian writers from past to present. The presentation includes a brief history of Ukrainian literature and the arts followed by selected readings from works of Ukrainian authors voiced by Dr. Gilda Baeza-Ortego\, Kris Neri\, Ted Presler\, JJ Wilson\, Bart Roselli\, Catalina Claussen\, and others. This event is free and open to the public. Come join them for a fascinating study of this country’s finest artists.
