Two local authors, WNMU Writer-in-Residence JJ Amaworo Wilson and WNMU Professor Emeritus Sharman Apt Russell, will be giving a reading of their recent publications at “A Walk on the Wild Side.” Wilson will be reading from “First and Wildest: the Gila Wilderness at 100,” and Russell will be reading from “What Walks This Way.” The event is co-sponsored by Upper Gila Watershed Alliance and Southwest Word Fiesta.
