On Monday, August 29^th VFW Post 12212 Grant County is hosting an event by “Paws and Stripes” from Albuquerque. Open to veterans and their families, the one-hour presentation features on how to provide animal assisted therapy and other mental health services to military veterans and their loved ones living with service-oriented trauma. The event is from 3:30 to 5:30 P.M. at the Grant County Veterans Memorial Conference Room.
