Members of the public can learn how to save a life with free Narcan Training sponsored by the Hidalgo County Health Council and the Youth Substance Awareness and Prevention Coalition of Grant County. Narcan is a life-saving drug that can temporarily reverses an opioid overdose. The free training will be offered online on Thursday, February 3rd from 100:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M.
