The City of Bayard is holding a public meeting regarding the filing of an application with the USDA Rural Development for financial assistance. The funding will target projects that include public safety and equipment, and improvements for water, sewer, and wastewater. The meeting is scheduled for Monday, March 7^th at 2:00 P.M. in Bayard City Hall. Public comment is urged in-person or in writing to City Clerk and Treasurer, Kristina Ortiz.
