The City of Bayard is holding a public meeting to discuss and to solicit input on possible Colonias Infrastructure Fund Applications for the 2022 funding cycle, within the City of Bayard. It is estimated that approximately $38,100,000 will be available in this funding cycle. The meeting will be held at Bayard City Hall, 800 Central Avenue, on Tuesday, March 1^st from 3:45 to 4:45 P.M.
