As part of the 2019 Silver City Territorial Charter Day festivities, the Silver City Public Library will host a presentation by the 49’ers Prospecting Club about the hobby of prospecting for valuable minerals. There will be a simple demonstration of gold panning. The event will take place on Monday, February 11th, at 4:00 P.M. The Silver City Public Library is located at 515 W.
