You won’t want to miss the 13th annual Gila River Festival: “GATHERING THE GILA,” September 21ST through the 24th in Silver City,  the Gila National Forest and along the Gila River. Featuring Conservationist Winona LaDuke, storytelling with Denise Chavez, native foods brunch, the Fort Sill Apache Fire Dancers, and much more.
