The holiday season will begin with the 28th Annual Lighted Christmas Parade, “A Storybook Christmas”. The Lighted Christmas Parade will be held on Saturday, November 24, 2018 at 7 pm. This wonderful community event is sponsored by Silver City MainStreet, the Town of Silver City, and Hidalgo Medical Services. In addition to the parade, there will be a horse drawn wagon to take shoppers around downtown Friday and Saturday, November 23 and 24. It is also Shop Small Saturday and Silver City MainStreet will have totes to give away and businesses will be offering special deals. It is as great family friendly holiday weekend.”
