Equestrian Group:
First Place – Healing Hands Equine Service
Floats:
First Place – StarDancers Studio
Second Place – Elks Lodge of Silver City
Third Place – The Door Christian Fellowship Church
Scott Terry of the Silver City Grant County Chamber of Commerce stated, “It was a wonderful parade. Everyone seems to have a great time. We had a couple of entries who did not make the parade, and one entry that broke down along the route. However there were still lots of people in the parade and a multitude of folks along the parade route.” The Silver City Grant County Chamber of Commerce reportede there were over 82 entries in the 2016 parade. Terry added, “I can’t wait until next year. We’re going to throw out some crazy ideas to make the parade even more fun.”
